Experience, empathy, and a few reliable scripts allow us to collect all the necessary information about the project. The brief and technical specs only paint the general picture; after that, we ask many targeted questions. The more details, the faster and cheaper the result.
Planning
Once we know everything we need to know about the project, we begin estimating. We break down large tasks into smaller ones, give an honest estimate for each one, and then draw up the timeline and cost of the entire project in a Google spreadsheet.
Providing Reports
Our account manager is your guide. He or she controls the team line-up and the presence of its members on the project, sends you reports, and issues invoices. Every week you have a full report on how close we are to the goal.
